How to solve the Shockwave flash player issue?

Type as about:plugins in Start search bar to get another screen or it is better to type on Chrome browser as chrome://plugins/ (you will find list of plug-ins).

Click on +Details at the top right side, 

You will get Plug-ins (number) at the left side. 

Find the title or Check "Adobe Flash Player" column, and, 

Click on 'Disable' option under its detail.

That's it you are done. Shockwave Flash player won't work nor disturb you any more. You can enjoy the browsing without any hang or issue. However, if still gives any issue on browsing, you may then set manual update for your Anti-Virus since it will run / update automatically and slow down net connectivity when you are suppose to work fast.
